By accessing or using GymPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

GymPilot is a gym management platform that allows gym owners to manage members, track payments, create membership plans, and send notifications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

GymPilot offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Free trial period of 30 days for new accounts
• Monthly and yearly subscription options
• Payments processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the WhatsApp integration
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. WhatsApp Integration

When using the WhatsApp notification feature, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Terms and Policies. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your gym members before sending them notifications. Messages must be transactional in nature and comply with applicable messaging regulations.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. GymPilot is granted a license to use this data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data and ensuring its accuracy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
