Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every new gym gets a 30-day free trial on Pro features automatically. No credit card required to sign up.

How does billing work? Is it a subscription?

GymPilot uses one-time payments. You pay for a period (monthly or yearly) upfront, with no auto-debit or recurring charge. You renew when your period ends, on your own terms.

How does the Starter member limit work?

The Starter plan covers up to 120 active members, meaning anyone with a live, unexpired membership. You can still store unlimited members in total; expired or inactive members don't count toward the limit. Regularly above 120 active members? Pro gives you unlimited.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit card, and debit card, all via Razorpay. No international payment needed.

What happens after my plan expires?

Your dashboard goes into read-only mode. You can still view your data, but you cannot add new members or record payments until you renew. All your data is fully preserved, nothing is deleted.

Can staff use GymPilot too?

Yes. Every plan includes a separate staff portal. Your front-desk team can add members and record payments, but they can't see your revenue or change sensitive settings. You get a WhatsApp alert for every action they take.

Is there a setup fee or hidden charges?

No setup fees, no hidden charges. The price you see is what you pay.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you face any issue with the platform within 7 days of payment, reach out and we will sort it out.
