How does billing work? Is it a subscription?
GymPilot uses one-time payments — you pay for a period (monthly or yearly) upfront. There is no auto-debit or recurring charge. You renew when your period ends, on your own terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit card, and debit card — all via Razorpay. No international payment needed.
What happens after my plan expires?
Your dashboard goes into read-only mode — you can view your data but cannot add new members or record payments until you renew. All your data is fully preserved, nothing is deleted.
Can staff use GymPilot too?
Yes. Every plan includes a separate staff portal. Your front-desk team can add members and record payments — without seeing your revenue or accessing sensitive settings. You get a WhatsApp alert for every action they take.
Is there a setup fee or hidden charges?
