- **WhatsApp automation** — Automatic welcome messages, payment receipts, and expiry reminders via WhatsApp Business API
- **Payment tracking** — Record UPI, cash, card payments. Partial payments and due tracking supported
- **Revenue dashboard** — Transaction ledger, revenue by category (membership/merchandise/other), outstanding dues
- **Expiry reminders** — Automated and manual reminders for members expiring in 7, 3, or 1 day
- **Product sales** — Track merchandise/supplement sales alongside memberships
- **Staff management** — Add staff with role-based access, invite via WhatsApp
- **Email notifications** — Loops.so powered transactional emails for receipts and reminders
